Fine Stay with Amazing Views
We were lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the northern lights and experience the most starry skies. The quiet atmosphere made it perfect for relaxation. Don't forget to close the shades during the day. It got quite warm in our room. The nearby village offered very nice dining options.

The place was fairly clean and adorable, it had really helpful staff that was vegan at our request. Location: the hotel was not far from the main city centre as well as nearby Stykkisholmur.

The Beautiful Queen Studio feels cozy with decent kitchen utensils for light cooking. It provides a cute ambiance for couples looking for a little getaway.
The space is tight, made maneuvering around luggage tricky-some additional luggage racks could've come in handy. The shower cubicle is far too small. The hot water had limitations, so plan your baths accordingly, and the TV is just a tiny screen for such a well-furnished place.

What a lovely escape! The Bungalow Water Front offered fine views of the lake right from the doorstep. Every morning started well with the friendly neighborhood dog greeting us. Lara, the hostess. The bed felt luxurious and comfortable. Tea and coffee were available. We faced a bit of a hassle getting the TV to work. It asked for a password that we never received. Instead, we ended up using our phone for Netflix. A minor issue that didn't overshadow the amazing views and comfortable stay!

The place was super cozy with a beautiful view of the lake that really made our evening special. I loved finding tea and coffee ready for us in the cupboard! We enjoyed some relaxing time on the sun terrace and the peaceful garden area too. The only thing was that it would have been nice to meet the host in person, but that didn’t take away from our wonderful experience. 🌅 Pro tip, definitely plan for a longer stay if you can!

The cabin was beautifully situated next to a serene lake, providing fine views that were perfect for relaxation. Cooking was enjoyable with the well-stocked kitchen, and we particularly loved the locally made jams available. Maneuvering around the space was somewhat challenging due to its compact size, and we found the shower a bit restrictive. It would have been beneficial to have clearer instructions regarding check-in procedures to prevent any initial confusion.
